A clean and quiet stay
clean room extra towels free parking family atmosphere
The room was great and very clean. I found it easy to request extra towels. There were no issues. The free parking was helpful as I had a rental car. The staff reminded me of a family. It was nice.

adequate but with some issues
incomprehensible staff shower temperature
the check-in process was not smooth, as the staff member did not speak english well. this made it hard to get clear information about checkout procedures. also, the shower did not produce hot water, only cold, very unpleasant. i had to leave through a back door since no one was present for check-out in the morning.

it was... fine, i guess?
constant noise missing staff
So, the noise. the hotel description promised soundproofing, but it lied. i heard noise all night. It was bad. plus, i couldn't find a staff member when i needed something, annoying. it's like they vanished!

The staff was friendly and helpful . My room had tea and coffee, topped up daily. I also had plenty of clean towels. The location is a short walk from the center and train station.
